EWMAR-NESS Training Room

We have prepared a dedicated training room where we offer courses in the technology and operation of rolling bearings. The room is spacious and air-conditioned. In addition to the training area, participants have access to a refreshment corner equipped with a coffee machine and an electric kettle for tea.

The aim of the training courses is to provide knowledge about the different types of rolling bearings and their applications. We discuss bearing selection principles as well as the properties of individual bearing types. Our goal is for participants to gain practical knowledge of proper bearing handling — from correct installation, through optimal lubrication, to safe and efficient dismounting. During the three-day course, we also cover topics related to bearing housings, diagnostics, and shaft alignment.

The training sessions are divided into theoretical and practical parts. During the practical sessions, each participant independently performs bearing installation and dismounting using all available handling techniques. For training purposes, we have prepared a room equipped with six individual workstations for hands-on exercises.

In our training courses, we place strong emphasis on practical exercises. In small groups of 6–12 participants, everyone has sufficient time to practice each procedure without pressure. We are happy to share the experience we have gained over more than 25 years of working with rolling bearings.

We offer three types of training courses:

1. Rolling Bearing Operation Training (one-day course)

2. Rolling Bearing Technology and Operation Training (two-day course)

3. Rolling Bearing Technology and Operation Training – Extended Course (three-day course)

In addition to open courses, we also offer tailor-made training sessions. The scope of topics can be adjusted, with particular emphasis placed on aspects specific to a given group of machines.

The detailed scope of each course is presented in dedicated brochures.
