KNA Forward-Curved Centrifugal Fans – Advanced Technology and Reliability
KNA radial fans, manufactured since 1979 using the patented “Key Rivet” riveting technology, feature a rigid construction with reduced material usage. This design makes the fans stronger, lighter, and ensures exceptional efficiency and reliability. Produced on fully robotic lines, they are available in diameters ranging from 67 mm to 224 mm, with various mounting options and materials such as galvanized steel and aluminum.
NB backward-curved fans provide another solution for ventilation applications, available in a wide range of diameters and made from galvanized steel as standard.
Unique Turbines Manufactured Using Proprietary “Key Rivet” Technology
Since 1979, unique turbines produced with the patented “Key Rivet” riveting technology have been chosen worldwide. The “Key Rivet” technology ensures the most rigid construction while requiring less material. The result is a significantly stronger and lighter turbine that maintains exceptional reliability, efficiency, and balance.
The turbines are manufactured on fully robotic lines with excellent quality control. They are offered in diameters ranging from 67 mm to 224 mm, available in single- or double-inlet versions, with hubs designed for shaft mounting or press-fit installation on motors with external rotors. The KNA series can be made from various materials, such as galvanized steel and aluminum.
KNA-e Single-Inlet Turbine
The KNA-e single-inlet turbine is available in diameters from 67 mm to 224 mm, with aluminum or steel hubs for mounting on a motor shaft or for installation on external rotor motors with diameters of 59, 72, or 92 mm.
KNA-d Double-Inlet Turbine
The KNA-d double-inlet turbine is available in diameters from 67 mm to 224 mm, with aluminum or steel hubs for mounting on a motor shaft or for installation on external rotor motors with a diameter of 92 mm.
Fergas offers a range of NB turbines for ventilation applications with backward-curved blades in diameters of 180 mm, 190 mm, 225 mm, 250 mm, and 280 mm.
